Crash BandiReboot 2 - M. Brio

For his new history, Brio was Cortex's s rival from the very first time they met at Madame Amberly's School for Villainous Youths. While Cortex specialized in Genetic Evolution, Brio specialized in Genetic Mutation of animals and humans. Many subjects of his work can be found roaming the Wumpa Islands. Brio has used serum in his work and even has experimented on himself with it and turns himself into a hulking frog monster and as a result of that he has become addicted to the serum. He carries it around on him at all times. A side effect of his constant use is some overgrown teeth and green eyes. To help with his loss of intelligence during his mutations he developed an intelligence boosting machine that functions similar to Cortex's, but his was faulty it permanently attached itself to his head and now his head looks weirder than before. After Cortex's defeat at the hands of Crash, Brio has appeared to show Cortex his mutant Bandicoots, Crunch and Candi, and tells Cortex how he will succeed where Cortex has failed

I went with his slightly changed Mind Over Mutant look because that seemed to be the one that looks the most like a mad scientist. I added a few touches to make him look for like a super villain like the shoulder pads and the bottom half of his lab coat. One big difference is the bolts on his head have been changed to a brain enhancing device, I thought this would be a good change from the "Frankenstein's monster" look he had with the bolts on his head.
