Slingdart

Here's 's Alien Green Needle [link] which I renamed Slingdart (not the best name, but it's all I could come with)

I also tweaked his powers to make them feel a bit more organic. He has tentacle-like whips that come out from his arms, the tip opens up to reveal darts that become projectiles and when fired into someone will burrow deep into the skin and connect with their body's neuro network and allow him to control them as long as they stay within range. If he takes back darts that were in someone and absorbs them into himself he can gain certain memories from them. One of the best use of his powers is that he can use an unsuspecting animal as a surveillance tool since he can make a "psyoptic" connection and see what they see. Though this leaves him vulnerable since he can't see or hear anything around him when he's using this power.
